His academic journey began at Marquette University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics and minored in Italian, followed by a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School. Fluent in Spanish, Cesar is able to connect with a diverse range of clients, ensuring they feel heard and supported throughout their cases. During law school, he honed his skills through internships with Catholic Charities Refugee and Immigration Services in Milwaukee, where he worked on cases ranging from asylum applications to family-based petitions.
